Through the creation of her first cookbook, Montreal Cooks - a Montreal Gazette bestseller for 43 weeks - and now Cooking with Canada's Best, Karen Dubrofsky has found a way to combine her love of cooking, passion for fundraising, and desire to make a difference in the lives of those coping with health challenges. She has raised over $1 million for cancer research and treatment at McGill University Health Centre, over half of that through sales of Montreal Cooks. Karen lives in Montreal with her husband and three children.
